To be successful in this role, you will need.
- Experience of 2 plus years working for a residential builder as an Estimator in NZ
- Strong knowledge of construction materials
- Good communication
- A keen eye for detail
- Client-facing personality
- Be able to prepare estimates effectively
- Price and prepare client variations.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors
- You know how a house is put together
- Be computer literate. Training provided on in-house software
