Workplace Community Coordinator is the first person many people meet at Fidelity Life – the friendly face as you arrive, and a kind word as you leave.
This critical role involves managing the front desk, coordinating meetings and events, and helping maintain a positive and vibrant office culture.
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our visitors and employees, making this role key to delivering exceptional experiences at Fidelity Life.

• Manage the front desk and provide support for events and meetings, ensuring smooth operations.
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Oversee security access to the office and ensure adherence to relevant standards.
• Act as the first port of call for any health, safety, and wellbeing concerns, escalating issues to the People team as needed.
• Liaise with trades and suppliers to support office operations and facilities.Office Environment & Culture:
• Contribute to a positive office environment that fosters collaboration, energy, and a sense of community.
• Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of meeting rooms and breakout spaces.
• Assist with managing car parking access for employees and visitors.
• Coordinate internal and external events to create memorable experiences.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat We're looking for:Experience & Qualifications:
• Proven customer service experience, ideally in a front-line or customer-facing role.
• Previous experience in event coordination or office management is a plus, but not essential.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and wellbeing practices is advantageous.Skills:
• Strong communication and relationship management skills, with a personable and professional approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while staying organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Confident in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Word.
