The Job Description

They will work closely with the Access team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate home-based care and support services to ensure clients live safely and independently.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, whanau, and the Access team.
  • Deliver high-quality customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate support worker placements to deliver exceptional care and support.
Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent organisational skills, including time management and prioritising.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.
  • Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and cultural sensitivity.
