About the Role:

As a member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in managing relationships with clients in our network. Your primary responsibility will be to identify clients' needs and provide them with tailored home loans and insurance solutions. You'll work closely with our locally based team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service. Based in our Nelson office, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through hands-on training and role-based learning pathways.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and support to clients through various channels, including phone calls, online meetings, and in-person interactions
  • Respond to client requests for top-up loans, restructuring, and repayment changes, as well as general enquiries
  • Ensure continuous quality of service to clients via NZHL's prescribed debt management system
