Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues, community partners, and stakeholders, promoting a culture of mutual respect and cooperation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying new knowledge and skills to enhance service quality and outcomes.
Education and Experience
  • Master's Degree in social work, mental health counseling, or related field, along with relevant licensure and certification.
  • At least one year of experience in a residential setting, with supervisory responsibilities and expertise in therapeutic services.
  • Proven track record of success in building strong relationships, communicating effectively, and driving positive outcomes.
