About The Role

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer and the Chief Customer Officer.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing complex diaries, resolving meeting conflicts, prioritizing tasks accordingly and in a timely manner for each executive.
  2. Anticipating information and organizational needs, ensuring adequate preparation and arrangements are made for all upcoming meetings.
  3. Managing incoming correspondence on behalf of the executives based on personal preference and needs.
  4. Coordinating large-scale annual and smaller-scale regular internal and external events, including budget management and decision-making.
  5. Booking and managing travel requirements for the executives, team, and events.
  6. Managing internal and external communication related to events and the wider team, projects, and initiatives.
  7. Liaising with senior leadership within the teams to ensure all administrative deadlines and needs are met.
