The Job Description

This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, sharing local knowledge, and supporting the Customer Service team. As an Ambassador Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring visitors feel welcome, informed, and inspired.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in tourism, is required. You must also be flexible to work on a 7-day rotating roster.
