The Job

As an Ambassador Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring every visitor feels welcome, informed, and inspired. Your responsibilities include delivering outstanding hospitality, sharing local knowledge, and supporting the Customer Service team.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Sharing local knowledge to create unforgettable experiences
  • Supporting the Customer Service team to meet performance goals

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in tourism, is required. You must also be flexible to work on a 7-day rotating roster.
