The Role

As an Ambassador Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring every visitor feels welcome, informed, and inspired. Your key responsibilities include delivering outstanding hospitality and exceeding customer expectations, sharing your expert knowledge of our products and services to create unforgettable experiences, and supporting the Customer Service team to meet performance goals.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone who is passionate about showcasing the hidden gems of the Waitomo area, has strong customer service skills, and thrives on delivering memorable experiences. A positive, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will require at least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in tourism. Flexibility to work on a 7-day rotating roster is also necessary, along with a strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to work unsupervised. A genuine commitment to health and safety practices is essential.
