We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tourism Ambassador to join our team at the Waitomo Glowworm Caves. As an Ambassador Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and sharing your knowledge of our products and services with visitors from around the world.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**

  • Providing outstanding customer service and exceeding visitor expectations.
  • Sharing your expertise on our products, services, and the local area to create unforgettable experiences.
  • Assisting visitors with queries and providing helpful local information.
  • Supporting the Customer Service team to meet performance goals, with a focus on health and safety.

**We Are Seeking Someone Who:**

  • Has a passion for tourism and a desire to showcase the hidden gems of the Waitomo area.
  • Has strong customer service skills and a proven track record of delivering memorable experiences.
  • Is a positive, outgoing person with excellent communication skills.
