About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Principal Advisor and contribute to the development of employment relations policies and procedures. You will be responsible for providing high-quality advice and guidance to stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and employees.

Your expertise in employment relations law and practice will enable you to provide authoritative advice and support on complex employment-related issues. You will also have the opportunity to lead projects and workgroups, and contribute to the design and implementation of new policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
