Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Administrator to join our Financial Services team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive finance administrative service to customers, including processing fees, loans, and scholarship payments, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts in accordance with university policies and procedures
- Prepare and submit reports as required
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with the team to identify opportunities for operational efficacy, innovation, and process improvements
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance administration role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
