Talent Propeller Limited is a leading provider of services in the building compliance sector. Our team works closely with our community to ensure buildings are safe and meet regulatory requirements.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Compliance Officer to join our close-knit team for 13 months to cover parental leave. As part of our Building Compliance team, you will work on delivering a superior end-to-end customer experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operational Leadership: Providing technical support and supervision to team members
- Service Request Investigations: Conducting thorough investigations into service requests from customers
- Customer Engagement: Communicating with customers, educating them on regulatory requirements, and resolving conflicts
You will also be responsible for issuing specialist advice to internal and external customers, conducting site assessments, making determinations, and issuing applications and notices.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess relevant BCA or TA experience, allowing you to hit the ground running. You should have excellent interpersonal skills, time management abilities, and high-level digital literacy. A current Class 1 driver's license is also required.
