Sales Manager Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the development of market requirements for specific products or product lines. This individual will be responsible for defining product strategies, conducting requirements analysis, and establishing pricing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and market share.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive activity to identify customer needs.
- Establish pricing strategies and develop marketing tools for successful product introductions.
- Communicate customer feedback to engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to enhance existing products or product lines.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other sciences.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
