About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of our current mixed-use development project. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work on a complex project involving retail spaces, restaurants, and a 300-room upper-escalate hotel.   • Manage day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, coordinating, and supervising all activities and resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess work quality and identify areas for improvement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering and at least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Your strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques is essential, along with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
