Agency For Science, Technology And Research's Procurement Division is committed to delivering exceptional procurement services that support the achievement of our organisational objectives. We are seeking a Procurement Operations Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution of procurement contracts from working with stakeholders on requisition, sourcing, evaluation, seeking approval for award and contract management.
  • Understanding and operationalising the Policies and Procedures to meet business needs, including coordinating with various stakeholders and providing advisories to requestors to facilitate sound buying decisions through the right balance between public accountability, prudent use of funds and operational efficiency.
  • Support sharing and training of Procurement Procedures to stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivery of the Procurement Service Level Agreements commitments.

We require a high achieving independent individual with clear communication skills for stakeholder persuasion and management reporting, resourceful with active listening skills to gather information and anticipate next steps.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement; fresh graduates will be considered for more junior roles.
  • Good understanding of Government Procurement policies will be advantageous.
