About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for drafting key assets such as media releases, messaging, Q&A documents, interview briefing documents, media lists, customer blogs, internal communications, and social media posts. You will also help review media releases in a timely manner, contribute ideas for story pitching, media events, and other engagements.
Your goal will be to ensure that messaging across team assets and documents is consistent, aligned across the business, and presented in a clear manner. You will undertake targeted research to provide insights that will shape delivery of our customer and external communication activities.
- Develop high-quality communication materials, including media releases, messaging, Q&A documents, and more.
- Contribute to the review of media releases and develop ideas for story pitching, media events, and other engagements.
- Evaluate and improve messaging consistency across team assets and documents.
- Undertake research to provide insights that inform customer and external communication activities.
