Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication management
- Support clients in achieving their goals and enhancing their quality of life through practical and emotional support
- Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination
- Diploma or certificate in healthcare or related field
- Previous experience in healthcare or care-giving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
