We're seeking an experienced CX leader to manage and lead our Customer Experience agent team in NZ. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Manage and lead our Customer Experience agent team in NZ.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team, aligned with business priorities.
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Motivate and inspire team members through effective communication, coaching, and feedback.
- 4-8 years of contact centre support and operational experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a contact centre environment managing agent teams or leaders of agent teams.
- Demonstrated customer-centric values and behaviours.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
