This opportunity is for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our support team. You will be responsible for managing accounts receivable credit control, providing administrative support, setting up customer accounts, processing payments and reconciliations, supporting business operations, and preparing weekly and monthly credit reports.

Your ideal skills and qualifications include:

  • Accounting experience – Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or Financial Accounting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Accounting Systems such as Xero, Reckon or NetSuite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized with good time management skills to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills to work with a range of both internal and external stakeholders
