We are looking for an energetic and resourceful individual to oversee the provision of timely and value-for-money procurements of office services, supplies and equipment to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead a team in understanding end-user needs, undertake procurements in adherence to government procurement policies and contract management. The scope of office services, supplies and equipment includes:
  • General insurance and insurance broker
  • Overseas travel services and corporate hotels
  • Purchase, lease and maintenance of office assets such as printers, pantry fridges, vending machines
  • Stationery, pantry and first aid supplies
  • Assist in reviewing and developing strategies to enhance cost savings/avoidance.
  • Assist in reviewing and monitoring budgets allocated to the branch.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in purchasing / sourcing roles. Experience in budgeting and budget management and good understanding of government procurement policies is advantageous.
  • A self-driven and meticulous individual with active listening skills to gather information, translate into executable solutions and anticipate next steps in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to devise contract solutions aligned with business needs and market practices.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to engage various stakeholders.
