About the Job
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team providing community mental health services in the Waikato region. As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with mental illness, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of clients, providing individualized support and intervention.
- Collaborate with the MDT to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care.
