The Role

We're seeking a Strategic Communications Expert to join our team in Auckland.

This dynamic role involves collaborating with leadership teams to drive impactful internal communication strategies across our international group.

Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and delivering integrated programmes that enhance corporate communications, promote sustainability initiatives, and elevate our global profile.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop Group-wide and Executive communications, ensuring internal messaging, resources, and content are on brand and aligned with company culture.
  2. Contribute to and implement an internal communications plan, leveraging strategic objectives, including platform development and management.
  3. Provide communications advice and expertise to the Executive Leadership team.
  4. Develop engaging multi-channel and two-way internal communications and content, driving desired behaviours, outcomes, and culture.
  5. Support the wider Communications team with expertise beyond core internal communication focus as needed.

About You

You possess excellent writing and editing skills, paired with a positive, can-do attitude.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, turning ideas into actionable outcomes.

With several years of experience in a communications or marketing role, you excel at developing and implementing creative solutions to communication challenges, advising senior leaders, and working collaboratively to deliver communication that engages, informs, and aligns audiences.

Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to build credibility and maintain effective relationships across teams at all levels of an organisation.
