The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Residential Lending Specialist to join our team. As a Lending Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to understand their financial goals and developing customized lending solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and develop tailored lending solutions
  • Recommend suitable lenders, loan products, and repayment structures
  • Provide expert home lending advice to new and existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and lending institutions

What You'll Need

  • At least 3 years of experience in residential home lending with NZ banks, mortgage advisory firms, or financial organizations
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (non-negotiable but a huge advantage in this market)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A client-focused approach with the ability to build trust and rapport
