Job Description
As a Lending Consultant at Tangram, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals. Your expertise in residential home lending will enable you to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to understand their financial objectives and create personalized lending plans.
  • Recommend suitable lenders, loan products, and repayment structures to optimize client outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice on home lending to both new and existing clients, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Build and maintain connections with clients and lending institutions to drive business growth.
  • Assist in preparing loan applications and securing approvals, ensuring seamless processes for clients.

What We're Looking For:
  • At least 3 years of experience in residential home lending with NZ banks, mortgage advisory firms, or financial organizations.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • A client-centric approach with the ability to build rapport and trust, driving long-term relationships.
