As a lending consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and develop tailored mortgage solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and develop tailored mortgage solutions
  • Recommend suitable lenders, loan products, and repayment structures
  • Provide expert home lending advice and guidance to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and lending institutions
  • Assist in preparing loan applications and securing approvals
  • Support the Application Specialist when required
Requirements:

We require an individual with at least 3 years of experience in residential home lending with NZ banks, mortgage advisory firms, or financial organisations. Fluency in English and Mandarin is non-negotiable but a huge advantage in this market. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a client-focused approach and the ability to build trust and rapport.
