Key Responsibilities

  1. Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of business rules using rules engine tools, BI reporting, and ad hoc risk data.
  2. Collate business rules information for INZ stakeholders.
  3. Provide administrative support for rule systems and records.
  4. Maintain business rules to support the visa risk targeting system.
  5. Work closely with the Business Analytics and Targeting team to ensure seamless delivery of the Our Future Services programme.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of business rules engines and their applications.
  • Experience working with data and developing business rules.
  • Tertiary qualification or extensive, comparable relevant experience in data analytics and/or query tools.
  • New Zealand citizen or residence class visa holder.
