We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our team. As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for guiding organizations through transformation and managing change initiatives effectively.

This is a unique opportunity to engage with stakeholders across a large and complex organization, making a significant impact on our 'Better for Nature' programme. The programme brings together all key change and improvement work into a single, coordinated and sequenced initiative.

Your focus will be on developing and implementing change management strategies and plans, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address change impacts, leading communication efforts to ensure transparency and engagement, monitoring and reporting on progress, providing support and training to employees throughout the change process, and evaluating and refining change management processes for continuous improvement.
