Key Responsibilities
As a Liver Transplant Recipient Coordinator, you will provide specialist nursing care and coordination of care to the liver transplant population, ensuring seamless transitions between healthcare settings. You will also educate patients and their families about post-transplant care, monitor and manage complications, and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of liver disease and transplantation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing and current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand are also required.
