This role presents a unique opportunity to join our Women's Health Service team as a Clinical Midwife Coordinator, where you will play a crucial part in overall service delivery management. Your exceptional problem-solving skills and time management abilities will be essential in managing complex problems and prioritizing your workload to ensure quality midwifery/nursing care across our departments/locations.

You will utilize a systems approach to optimize bed and staffing resource availability across our departments/locations. Additionally, you will have the chance to enhance your leadership skills by coaching and supporting midwifery and nursing staff out of hours on the Middlemore Hospital site, and providing clinical advice to teams in primary birthing units when required.
