We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Service Operations Administrator to join our National Service team on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our New Zealand service operations, including set up and management of Rental activities, responding to help desk emails and phone support, and supporting warranty maintenance processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage Rental activities, including consolidation and invoicing
  • Respond to help desk emails and phone support
