**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our high-performing team. In this fast-paced, collaborative environment, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talent across New Zealand, Australia, and Asia.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a business partner capacity. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.

You will be responsible for managing multiple requisitions across various departments, ensuring timely and quality hires. This includes end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate and stakeholder experience, and compliance with local labour laws and internal hiring policies.

In addition, you will identify and attract top talent through innovative sourcing methods, provide insights and market trends to guide hiring decisions, and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, understanding their talent needs and delivering effective recruitment solutions.
  • Manage multiple requisitions across various departments, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Identify and attract top talent through innovative sourcing methods.
  • Provide insights and market trends to guide hiring decisions and workforce planning.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the hiring process.
