We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CA-qualified accountant to join our Finance and Risk Group. As a trusted advisor, you will drive value by delivering strategic financial management, insights, and services that enhance decision-making.

The role requires high-level delivery on business partnership, financial leadership, financial management, including business cases. You will ensure the provision of accurate management information, foster a high-performance and continuous improvement culture, and actively contribute to Metlink's financial management.

This is a fixed-term position until mid-October 2025, covering parental leave. The successful candidate will be based in our central Wellington office and integrate as a virtual member of the Metlink management teams.

Key skills and experience required include senior CA qualification with eight-plus years' experience, strong financial system and financial analysis literacy, staff management and leadership ability, and understanding of complex funding models.
