The salary band for this role is $76,022 - $101,362 with a mid-point of $84,468.

Job Description

As a Recruitment Process Expert, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, including writing advertisements tailored to job profiles and teams.

You will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to plan and support recruitment activities, ensuring a fair and consistent approach is maintained.

Designing recruitment strategies and supporting talent sourcing, strategic recruitment, and pipeline development are also key responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven recruitment experience, with the ability to advise and guide hiring managers on best practice.
  • Talent sourcing skills, with a focus on designing recruitment plans tailored for roles and teams.
  • Technical expertise, with the ability to learn new systems quickly and coach hiring managers on their usage.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on working on processes and systems to ensure they are fit for purpose.
  • Comfortable operating in a tikanga/kaupapa Māori environment, with a degree of fluency in Te Reo Māori being desirable but not required.
