Social Media Production Specialist

We are looking for a Social Content Producer at Komi Studios with an agile approach to creating digital content, a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage the entire production process, from pre to post production independently.
Job Description:
This role requires a strong mix of storytelling, self-shooting, directing, and editing as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Ideation: Scripting and storyboarding content that meets our high standards
* Pre-production: Planning productions meticulously to ensure a smooth running shoot
* Production & Shooting: Self-shooting content with confidence and knowledge in composition, lighting, and audio
* Post-production: Organizing and timely footage download to shared drive, quality control checks, and editing skills as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a producer, having worked in the social industry previously
- Experience in producing digital first content/an interest in creating original content
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, client expectations, and high volume of workload
