We're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. As a Quality Inspector CMM, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products and services.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct technical inspections of mechanical and electromechanical parts and assemblies to verify conformance to Rocket Lab drawings and quality requirements.
  • Collect and record data on inspected items, including manufacturer serial/batch/lot numbers.
  • Analyze inspection results to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all inspection activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance processes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in inspection of mechanical/electromechanical parts and assemblies.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, including vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and/or non-contact measuring equipment is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
