Key Responsibilities- Fostering a culture where diversity is celebrated and respected
- Developing and implementing learning programmes to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Managing stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes
- Collaborating with colleagues to establish a positive workplace culture
You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from designing and delivering training programmes to re-establishing the Ministry Awards programme.
