About the Role

This fixed-term position is for 12 months, providing essential support to our CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Board, and wider organisation.

You'll be responsible for:

  1. Managing the CEO's calendar, organising travel, and coordinating meeting logistics
  2. Oversseeing office supplies, contracts, and supplier relationships
  3. Providing administrative assistance for office projects and offering general support as needed
  4. Assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating staff inductions, and maintaining personnel records

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong knowledge of office administration best practices
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to take high-quality, detailed minutes
  • A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong project management and event planning skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Familiarity with recruitment and induction processes
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic IT user issues
