We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Immigration Administrator to join our team at Extrastaff. As an Immigration Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Licensed Immigration Advisers in preparing visa applications and managing related files and paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Checking files, preparing application forms, compiling and uploading documentation, and diarising and managing applications according to key dates.
  • Interacting with clients, preparing correspondence, and providing other key administrative support functions.
  • Assisting with marketing on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
What You Will Bring:
  • A professional, confidential, and discreet manner.
  • Excellent oral and written English language skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize, think laterally, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent computer and time management skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A conscientious and organized approach to work.
  • The ability to work under pressure when needed.
  • Flexibility and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Previous experience in administration or marketing in the immigration industry is preferable.
  • The ability to speak another language such as Tagalog or Mandarin will be an advantage for this position.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
