As a Care Coordinator, you'll be organising home-based care and support services that enable our clients to live as safely and independently as possible. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, as you'll collaborate with your team to create solutions and complete rosters.

**Ngā mahi | What you'll be doing**
- ** Rostering** support workers across Auckland.
- ** Calling** support workers to cover shifts.
- ** Engaging** with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Assisting with **internal queries** and contributing to the smooth operation of the team.
