- Industry Engagement: Foster strong relationships with industry partners and professional bodies to enhance the Faculty's profile and influence, driving collaborative research initiatives and knowledge transfer.
- Postgraduate Supervision: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to postgraduate students undertaking research in agribusiness, ensuring they achieve academic excellence and develop valuable skills.
- Cultural Competence: Adapt to diverse cultural contexts and work effectively in a multicultural environment, leveraging international collaboration opportunities.
- Qualifications: Hold a PhD in agribusiness or a related field from a reputable university.
- Research Experience: Demonstrate a strong track record of publications in leading international journals and a keen interest in advancing knowledge in agribusiness.
- Teaching and Student Support: Show evidence of successful teaching and student support at the university level, including the ability to design and deliver engaging curricula.
