Job Description
This role is focused on providing support to rangataki and their whanau in the community. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in various aspects of planning and implementing positive outcomes for these young people.
You will work collaboratively with Social Workers to develop and implement plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual. This may involve engaging with whanau, attending meetings with professionals from various agencies, and coordinating appointments for rangataki.
In addition to supporting the mahi of bringing to life the Care Standards, you will also be responsible for involving rangataki in activity-based programs, helping them learn independence skills such as shopping and budgeting, and recording administrative tasks to support the team.
Responsibilities
- Engage with whanau and other professionals involved in the rangataki's plan
- Attend meetings with professionals from various agencies
- Coordinate appointments for rangataki
