Job Description
We are seeking empathetic and passionate individuals to work within our specialist team. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and reach their potential through practical and emotional support.
Responsibilities
- Meal preparation
- Community outings and integration
- Giving medication
- Personal cares (showering, toileting etc.)
- Bowel management stage 3, Manual Handling and Hoist transfers
- Home management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A desire to help and support others, achieving excellence in all you do
- Previous healthcare or care-giving experience is desirable, although not essential
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work alternative weekends
- Healthcare qualifications are advantageous
- A full NZ drivers' licence and your own reliable transport

We offer competitive pay rates between $23.38 up to $29.10 per hour, a variety of shifts, and the opportunity to earn while you learn with free training towards NZQA Health & Wellbeing.
