About The Role
Our team is seeking an experienced Clinician to provide specialist intervention for individuals in need of recovery and quality of life optimization. As a key member of the Continuing Care Team, you will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist assessment, case coordination, and psychosocial interventions
- Work effectively with diverse communities, prioritizing Maori/Iwi partnerships
- Maintain current best practice in community mental health care
- Collaborate with internal and external partner organizations
About You
We are looking for a Registered Clinician with experience in community mental health environments, sound assessment and psychosocial intervention skills, and a commitment to excellence. You will be a strong communicator, capable of building effective relationships with whaiora and their whanau.
