About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Wellness Partner to join our team at Arvida. As a Wellness Partner, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents. You will work in partnership with residents to support their personal care needs and encourage resident-led decision making in areas such as eating, resting, movement, communication, and activities.
You will also be required to observe, accurately document, and communicate health conditions. Participation in ongoing training is expected.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with older people and participating in meaningful work that has a real impact on people's lives. You should have a commitment to a high standard of performance with diligence and care. You should also be able to work within a team where we respect our residents and our team members.
Our ideal candidate will have good customer service, organisation, and problem-solving skills. They will also be available to work rostered shifts including weekends and nights.
Qualifications and Experience
We will be interviewing and screening NZ Residents and NZ Citizens as a priority before looking internationally. Level 4 NZQF qualification or at least three-years' experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 3) is required.
Pay Details (Level 4)
$27.95 to $30.75 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
Additional Information
A minimum of 30 hours per week is required. We offer a competitive market rate, ongoing training, and team benefits. Mentorship with experienced managers is also available.
