**The Role**

  1. As a Sales & Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales and retention targets, and ensuring seamless customer transactions.

  2. Your role will include delivering outstanding customer service to our business customers, ensuring all service levels are met.

  3. You will also achieve sales and retention targets through up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers and acquiring new customers.

  4. In addition, you will process customer transactions professionally and timely, adhering to business processes and practices.

  5. You will resolve customer queries and escalations, aiming for first call resolution.

  6. You will employ your proven negotiation skills to secure complex contracts and agreements.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a contact centre environment.
  • Sales experience and knowledge of the utility/energy industry are preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and customer focus.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to remain resilient and composed under pressure.
  • A proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.
