The Role: As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualised support and assistance to clients. This will include tasks such as helping them with public transportation, employment, finances, and meal preparation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Providing physical support and assistance to clients
- Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and household chores
- Supporting clients to develop their independence and self-advocacy skills
- Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure holistic support
Requirements:
- A strong desire to pursue a career as a Support Worker with a positive attitude
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleepover shifts
