About the Role

As an Ecological Restoration Team Member at Wildland Consultants Ltd, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality ecological restoration services to our clients.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of ecological restoration projects, including pest plant control, planting, and pest animal control.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of ecological restoration principles and practices.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field (e.g., ecology, biology, environmental science).

    (3+ years)
  • Relevant work experience in ecological restoration or a related field.
  • Possession of a current driver's license (manual preferred).
  • Ability to work at heights, in remote areas, and in varying weather conditions.
  • Capacity to lift heavy loads and work in physically demanding environments.
