Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced People Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team. The successful candidate will provide analytical and operational support in all elements of people-related data, with a strong emphasis on remuneration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and report HR data accurately.
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to support people analytics.
  • Provide high-quality reports and external market insights to inform business decisions.
  • Support the end-of-year performance and remuneration process, including insights and continuous improvement of processes.
  • Submit external remuneration surveys on time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate with a strong background in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with large data sets and analytical tools, such as Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with a drive to learn and improve processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
