Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Analysis and Reporting

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop reports and analytics to meet those needs. You will also design and implement data visualizations to effectively communicate complex information.

Technical Support

You will provide technical support to the team, including troubleshooting issues with data and analytics tools, and ensuring seamless integration of new systems.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver business insights and analytics, and engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in statistical field or related mathematical/scientific fields.
  • 3+ years recent experience in insurance/analytics/pricing.
  • Exposure to managing small projects.
  • Technical competence with tools and analytic techniques - Office products (including Excel, Powerpoint, Word), Enterprise BI tools including Cognos and Tableau, SQL, Data visualization concepts and techniques.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to prepare and present reports and influence a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work as a contributing team member.
